North Star Pathways is parent led provider agency serving families in Lane County, Oregon. We have been serving people since July 2014. We are here to empower youth and their families through person-centered thinking, community partnering, and the employment first modeling.
What We Do
We as parents want our children to have the opportunity to explore their interests, experience their community, build relationships with peers and potential employers, learn job skills, live self-determined lives, and gain confidence and a sense of belonging in our community.
Why Choose Us
North Star Pathways has been serving families in the Eugene area since 2014. Our focus is hiring and training to the needs of the person receiving the support service. We work with the family to create a person centered activity calendar. We live in a great community and at North Star Pathways we engage with community organizations, local businesses, volunteer opportunities, and our wonderful park & rec system.
